If you can’t find the extra time to add it into the fitness center then while you are at work today, get out of your chair once every hour and go for a walk down the hallway, or park further away from the main entrance of the building or just simply take the stairs instead of the elevator.

Aim to walk up and down 10 flights of stairs today. If you are unable to walk up stairs, aim for reaching 150 total body weight squats today. You can do them in sets of 10 if you have to, but attain that goal of 150.

Fitness Tip
Cut back on foods high in solid fats, added sugars, and salt. They include cakes, cookies, ice cream, candies, sweetened drinks, pizza, and fatty meats like ribs, sausages, bacon, and hot dogs. Use these foods as occasional treats, not everyday foods.
